One contract holds complete legal and financial responsibility for design accuracy, site execution, procurement lead times, and municipal sign-off.

Commercial terms and line-by-line BOQs are locked before site mobilization. Any design adjustment requires formal written client authorization.

Every surface, joinery detail, and MEP installation undergoes rigorous snagging prior to formal client key handover.

John Edward

Design Director

John brings over 25 years of international design and creative leadership experience across the UK and Middle East, with a portfolio spanning luxury brands and major destinations including Dior, Chanel, NEOM and Qiddiya. As part of Majesta’s leadership team, he shapes the company’s design vision and creative direction, helping establish its approach to design and build. He combines strong concept development with an understanding of materials and execution, guiding projects from initial ideas through to delivery.

Srinivasa Raghavan

Technical Director

Raghavan brings over 25 years of experience in architecture, design management and project delivery, with a portfolio spanning luxury retail, hospitality and major destinations including NEOM’s Sindalah Island, Zayed National Museum, Level Shoes and Tryano. As Majesta’s Technical Director, he guides the technical development and delivery of projects, supporting the company’s approach to design and build. He combines a strong understanding of materials, construction and commercial requirements, translating design concepts into carefully executed spaces from initial development through to completion.
