Villa Concept
Al Noor Villa
CONTEMPORARY LUXURY VILLA CONCEPT
The Concept
Al Noor Villa is conceived around the way light falls across natural materials. Pale stone and ivory upholstery establish a calm interior, with warm timber joinery and brass details adding depth. Broad windows bring daylight into the rooms, while concealed lighting traces the edges of stone panels and ceilings after dark. The design gives each space a composed, generous character through balanced proportions and carefully restrained finishes.
The Space
Facing sofas and curved armchairs form a conversational living room around a low stone table. The dining area pairs a long pale table with upholstered chairs beneath a slender linear pendant. In the kitchen, a substantial stone island sits against full-height timber cabinetry. The bedroom continues the palette with an illuminated stone headboard wall and an adjoining dressing room. Veined marble, warm metal fittings and a freestanding bath give the bathroom the same sense of continuity.

Foundry House
INDUSTRIAL LUXE VILLA CONCEPT
The Concept
Foundry House explores the warmth within industrial architecture. Board-formed concrete and dark metal framing give the villa a clear structural language, softened by timber, cognac leather and planting. Deep roof planes and full-height glazing connect the interiors with shaded terraces, creating a home whose character comes from the relationship between exposed construction and comfortable, tactile spaces.
The Space
The main living area brings a generous leather sectional, dining space and open kitchen into one continuous volume. Dark timber cabinetry and a veined stone island sit beneath the exposed concrete ceiling, while a black metal staircase continues the industrial detailing. In the bedroom and bathroom, warm lighting softens the concrete surfaces. Outside, a timber-slatted pergola shelters the pool terrace, where teal water and a cascading wall feature bring movement to the architectural setting.

Villa Concept
Ghaf Oasis
BIOPHILIC DESERT VILLA CONCEPT
The Concept
Ghaf Oasis is conceived as a home within a garden, where desert tones and leafy courtyards shape the experience of each room. Sand-coloured stone, warm timber and textured plaster establish a quiet material palette. Broad canopies and generous glazed openings frame the planting, while water introduces reflection and movement. The design brings the openness of the landscape into a sheltered residential setting.
The Space
The living room opens onto a planted terrace, carrying pale stone floors and relaxed seating towards the garden. Timber cabinetry and a stone island give the kitchen a natural warmth, with views through the glazing to trees and layered planting. The bedroom and freestanding bath also face greenery. Outside, a curving pool follows planted islands and boulders, with shallow edges and a waterfall creating a softer counterpoint to the straight lines of the villa.

Villa Concept
Kanso House
MINIMAL JAPANDI VILLA CONCEPT
The Concept
Kanso House centres on simplicity, with carefully framed garden views and natural materials giving the architecture its character. Quiet plaster volumes meet vertical timber screens, bringing depth and shade to the exterior. Inside, warm wood and pale stone sit alongside woven textiles and soft green accents. Generous space around the furniture allows daylight, texture and the changing shadows of the planting to define the rooms.
The Space
The living room pairs low upholstered seating with a stone coffee table and integrated timber media cabinetry. In the kitchen, uninterrupted cabinet fronts and a slender illuminated shelf keep the composition clear. Sliding screens frame the bedroom, where a low timber bed faces the garden. The bathroom combines timber-lined walls and ceiling with a limewashed back wall, a simple bench and a freestanding bath beside full-height glazing. Planted courtyards connect these private spaces to the wider home.

Villa Concept
Palm Lagoon
COASTAL WATERFRONT VILLA CONCEPT
The Concept
Palm Lagoon takes its character from the waterfront, with open views and a sun-washed palette guiding the design. Pale plaster and stone create a calm backdrop for natural timber, woven textures and soft teal accents. Wide glazed openings connect the living spaces with the terrace, allowing the sea and changing daylight to become part of the interior. The result is an informal coastal home shaped around life beside the water.
The Space
Low linen seating and open timber shelving frame the living room, while a generous kitchen island and a dining table beneath woven pendants create places to gather. Pale floors carry through towards the terrace, where a timber deck borders the infinity-edge pool. In the bathroom, a freestanding bath and blue-green mosaic flooring lead the eye towards a planted outdoor shower. Throughout, textured fabrics and timber details bring warmth to the light-filled rooms.
